White Cycladic 4-bedroom Beach Villa in Santa Maria has a private pool, spacious terraces, and easy access to a lovely sandy beach.

A covered garage is there as you come in from the street. A path leads to a roomy interior courtyard with a built-in marble table, BBQ, guest restroom, and an outdoor shower. This courtyard has a guest room with three single beds appropriate for kids and teenagers and is connected to a bathroom with a battery. This room is connected to the main house on the ground floor by interior and exterior doors.

The ground floor's main entrance is next to the guest house. There is a living room, office corner, TV room with library and fireplace, and dining corner in the open-concept space. In addition to the living room, there is a fully furnished kitchen with a separate dining area, 2 terraces, 1 in the front and 1 in the back, both with outdoor dining options, a partial sea view, and a wooden pergola. A veranda with patio furniture, a wooden pergola, and a glimpse of the sea is in front of the living area. In the backyard, close to this veranda, is the swimming pool.

The master bedroom, which has a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom with a spacious shower room, is on the opposite side of the living area. Both the bed and the veranda outside the bedroom offer breathtaking sea views.

Stairs take us to the guesthouse's upper floors from the central courtyard. It has a living room with two sofa beds, a bedroom with a king-size bed, and a private bathroom with a shower. An exclusive veranda offers a sweeping view of the Aegean and Naxos Islands in the distance. For your comfort, there is a day bed with cushions on this veranda.

The basement is reached through a different entrance; there, one can find a living room, a bedroom with twin beds, and a bathroom with a shower. This space gets its lighting and fresh air from a window.

One can always find shade in one of the neighborhood courtyards and terraces, and the house maintains a cool temperature throughout the day. There are fans in every bedroom.

The house's living room has a satellite TV, a DVD player, hi-fi, and Wi-Fi.

A dishwasher is included in the fully functional kitchen, and a washing machine is accessible in a separate, smaller laundry room and storage area.
