The villa has three levels and a well-kept terraced garden. It was constructed using traditional Cycladic architecture. The ground floor of the main entrance is surrounded by a sizable outdoor terrace shaded by a classic Greek pergola. The main door opens to a comfortable interior living space with a sitting area and a large dining table decorated with modern art pieces. Along with a cozy bar area, the open kitchen is well-equipped. The primary guest bedroom, which has twin beds that can be joined to make a double, is situated on the same floor and has access to a terrace with views of the ocean. The master bedroom is located on the top floor. It has a sizable en-suite bathroom and access to a roomy roof veranda with fantastic panoramic views.
A private infinity pool was constructed on the building's ground floor. It is surrounded by lush vegetation and a garden with a sizable outdoor pergola and sundeck. Another lovely separate guest bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom, and views of the sea is accessible from the pool patio. There is a smaller stone studio on the pool level for teenagers or nannies with a convertible sofa bed into twin beds and a private bathroom. The studio can also be used as a stunning sitting area by the pool.
